Charlotte Hitchings founded C-Change in 2004 to provide executive coaching to organisations and individuals facing, or seeking to create, change. C-Change specialises in individual or team development for middle and senior managers , executives and professionals. Charlotte and her associates have extensive commercial leadership experience in complex organisations and fast moving markets. This is what distinguishes our approach. We have hands on experience of what our clients are dealing with, can relate to their context and bring the wisdom and insight that goes with this.

About – Charlotte Hitchings

Charlotte works with both organisational and personal clients, drawing on 20 years of leadership and management experience in marketing, business development, strategy and social responsibility. Her most recent roles in the private sector were as Group Community Investment Manager and Vice President of International Services with BT and O2 plc. She is also a Non Executive Director of an NHS Foundation Trust. Charlotte's coaching focuses on bringing out the best in people so they can achieve to their fullest potential. She enables her clients to develop clarity about what they want, recognise their strengths, remove blocks to their personal effectiveness and take action to achieve their aims. Outcomes include enhanced decision making and focus, new strategies and increased motivation and confidence. The ability to communicate effectively 'in the moment' is a critical enabler for success and Charlotte also provides coaching in public speaking.

Charlotte is a professionally trained (Results Coaching Systems) and Accredited Coach through the Association for Coaching (AC). She holds a Certificate in Gestalt Coaching Skills from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is also a Certified NLP Master Practitioner. A graduate of the University of Oxford (Corpus Christi College), she hold Certified Diplomas in Marketing (CIM) and Accounting and Finance (ACCA). Charlotte is a Member of the International Coach Federation, the AC, the Association of NLP (ANLP), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and the Institute of Directors (IOD). As a founder member of the Voice of Wales Speakers Club (Toastmasters International), she has held various club offices including President and Vice President Education and is currently Area Governor for Toastmasters in the South West and Wales.
