This UK company was seeking to develop enhanced performance management through the use of coaching by its middle managers. Workshops were designed and delivered introducing managers to the theory and practice of coaching in a line management role.

Prior to the workshops managers were asked to self assess against coaching competencies. During the workshops themselves managers had the opportunity to practice coaching skills for performance management in a safe environment and receive feedback for ongoing development.
